FAQ

  • I saw you offer a rental or leasing service, how does it work?
If you rent from us, you can rent any of our styles for up to week. If you prefer to lease one our styles, you would simply select it and have a low monthly subscription. Once your lease is up, you have the option to return it to us for something else, or keep it because you love it so much.
  • Do you offer custom designs?
Yes. We offer made-to-order pieces, as well as custom designs. Set up an appointment with our designer for a consultation to learn more.
  • Can I still purchase some of your previous styles?
Yes! Our ready-to-wear classics are still available for purchase; and, now with the option to lease.
  • Can I return a product?
You may return most unused, unopened, and unworn products must within 15 days as described in the Return Policy. You can find more details there.
  • Why did you pivot the business to circularity?
We moved away from a linear business model of take-make-waste in order to reduce our impact. We found that there are enough clothes in the world to no longer "produce" more styles in large quantities using virgin materials, when we have all the materials, trims, and more at our disposal through what's already been made. Not only that, but by redesigning garments, it has challenged our team to think differently about how our clothing is made and what its end-of-life looks like. So we wanted to take back what our brand has already been put out in the world and put it back into good use.
  • What is circular fashion?
Circular fashion is one aspect of the circular economy to eliminate waste and regenerate our natural resources through a number of processes such as recycling, reusing, repairing, remanufacture (upcycling/repurposing), and more. When considering circular fashion, an approach that looks at the whole system of how a garment is made, including the end of its life, is important. Starting from the raw materials and where something is sourced through its production until it is either returned back to the earth through biodegradation or being repurposed until it can't be anymore. You can read more about how we design for circularity and what it means to us by visiting our Chronicles.
  • If I have something I still love, can you do something with it?
Yes! We want to extend the life of your clothing. Speak to our designer and she will help you decide which option is best for you, whether that's redesigning your garment to fit your style now or to repair it so that you can wear it longer.
  • What do you mean by redesign?
When we talk about redesign, we mean: upcycling, reworking, etc. Our process is to assess the garment, then plan out a new design to refresh it for your style today. That includes deconstructing it down to it's pieces and then putting it back together in a different arrangement to form something new.
  • Do I have to trade-in my clothes for credit?
Yes. In order to receive credit, or a gift card, you would need to use our Rewind trade-in program to get started. However, if you're not looking to shop or place a custom order anytime soon, you can donate your clothes to us instead. You can find out more when you visit our Rewind page.
